Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses CPA Hub Kenya (cpa-hub.co.ke).

1. The service

CPA Hub Kenya provides study material for KASNEB CPA students: video lessons, audio podcasts and notes, organised by paper and topic. It is an independent service, not part of or endorsed by KASNEB or ICPAK, and it does not promise any exam result.

2. Your account

  • An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself.
  • An account can be signed in on two devices at once, and one of them can play a lesson at a time. Signing in on a third device signs out the oldest, and we email you when a new device signs in.
  • Give a real name, email address and phone number. We use them to confirm your account and your payments.

3. Using the material

  • The material is licensed to you for your own study. You may not copy, share, upload, sell or pass it on - not the videos, the podcasts or the notes.
  • Videos carry a visible watermark identifying the account that plays them, and downloads are recorded against the account that made them.
  • Accounts used to copy or share the material in bulk are closed without a refund.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Kenya shillings and are shown before you pay. Payment is by M-Pesa only, to the business Pay Bill or Till number on the payment page.
  • A monthly plan opens the papers of the level you chose for 30 days from the moment the payment is confirmed. It does not renew by itself: to continue, you pay again. The lifetime plan is paid once.
  • Notes bought for one paper are emailed to you once the payment is confirmed. You keep them.
  • Lessons we add to a paper you bought, such as new videos and podcasts, are yours at no extra cost.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available and the material accurate, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or contain an error - tell us when you find one. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
