About a payment
Access switches on by itself once your M-Pesa payment is confirmed, and the payment page shows where it stands. If it has not switched on, have your M-Pesa confirmation code ready when you contact us - it is how we find your payment. The refund policy explains what happens to a duplicate payment or an overpayment.
