Refund policy

We refund

• Duplicate payments - the same plan or notes paid for twice.
• Overpayments - the amount paid above the price.
• Payments that never switched access on - you paid, and your access did not start.

Refunds are sent to the M-Pesa number the payment came from.

We do not refund

Because the material is digital, there is no refund once access has started - once a plan is live on your account, or the notes have been sent to you. Please watch the free previews before you pay; they are there so you can see the teaching first.

How to ask

Contact us with the M-Pesa confirmation code, the amount and the phone number that paid. We check it against the bank record and send the refund once it matches.

Underpaid? You do not need a refund - the payment page shows the balance, and access switches on as soon as the full amount is in.
