Can I cancel?
Any time, from your Billing page. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for - nothing is cut off the day you cancel - and you can undo it before then with one click.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa Pay Bill: business number 880100, account number 122790. Enter the confirmation code from your SMS and your access switches on as soon as the bank confirms it, usually within minutes.
Can I buy just the notes for one paper?
Yes, with or without an account, as long as you are not on a plan (a plan already includes every paper's notes). Choose the paper under "Notes only", pay by M-Pesa, and once your payment is confirmed we email you the notes. Podcasts and video lessons come with a plan.
Can I download the videos or podcasts?
No - video lessons and podcasts play inside the portal. The notes open in your browser, and you can email yourself a copy of any paper's notes to print and revise on paper.
What if I already bought a paper before?
You keep it. Papers bought outright under the old per-paper pricing stay yours permanently, whether or not you subscribe.
